Slybone Threads — Return & Refund Policy

Every Slybone Threads item is made to order. Please check the product details, size guide, color, and shipping address before placing your order.

Returns and exchanges

Because items are made specifically for each order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, an incorrect size or color selected at checkout, or an address entered incorrectly. This does not affect any rights you have under applicable law.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or is different from what you ordered, email slybonethreads@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and the problem. We’ll review it and, when eligible, arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you. You do not need to send the item back unless we specifically ask you to.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, we’ll issue it to your original payment method. The time it takes to appear depends on your bank or payment provider.
